The successful candidate will be

self-motivated team player. This position requires
excellent writing and communication skills for a
variety of technical and non-technical audiences,
effective and efficient problem-solving skills,
in-depth understanding of the proposal preparation
process, strong prioritization skills, and the
ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
across all levels of management.
